Cancelling

• You can cancel anytime from your dashboard, with Manage billing. You are not charged again after you cancel.
• The box keeps working on your site until the end of the time you paid for, then hides itself.
• If you cancel during your 2-day free trial, you are not charged at all. Otherwise the plan is $9 a month plus tax where it applies, while FAQify is in beta.

Refunds

There are no refunds, including for part of a month. The free trial is there so you can try FAQify on your site before you pay.

Dodo Payments sells FAQify to you as the merchant of record and takes the payments. The full rules are in the Payments section of the terms.
